Melissa's skills in documenting scenarios mean she can photograph under a variety of light and weather conditions. She knows how to read a scene quickly and get into a position to capture the important moments. She works with or without shot lists and can be good to go with just a quick meeting before the event.

LIVE EVENT / ROAMING PHOTOGRAPHER

For these sessions, Melissa will roam your event and capture photos of your guests with minimal interaction.

- $400: Up to 2 hours. Option A. Includes 80 photos.

- $500: Up to 2 hours. Option B. Includes 100 photos. MOST POPULAR!

- $750: Up to 3 hours. Includes 150 photos.  

- $1,000: Up to 4 hours. Includes 200 photos.

- $1,500: Up to 6 hours. Includes 300 photos.

- $2,000: Up to 8 hours. Includes 400 photos.

Booking Notes:

• Custom packages are available.

• After the initially purchased time, the Photographer's fee is $200/hour and is available in 15-minute increments.

• Additional costs include but are not limited to Additional Photos, Prints, Crew Members, Makeup and/or Hair Artists, Lodging, and Travel. 

• We do not distribute RAW files and maintain the copyright for our photos.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you must change your plans. Here are some things to keep in mind:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session for any reason, as long as you let us know at least 1 week in advance. Unless we've already incurred expenses such as booked accommodations, or rented gear, there is no fee for rescheduling.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your session for any reason, but please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  • More than 2 weeks in advance: A full refund, minus any bank fees.

  • Within 1-2 weeks of the session: A 50% refund.

  • Within 24 hours of the session: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

 

Common reasons for rescheduling or cancellation include​ bad weather, illness (client or photographer), or unexpected events. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We're always happy to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
