Packages include on-site photography and the number of finished digital images listed below. Any additional services or expenses will be outlined in your quote before you book.
Included with your session
Planning and guidance: We’ll review your photography needs, intended image use, and priorities for the session.
Finished photographs: Your images receive exposure, color, contrast, and cropping adjustments. Portraits and headshots also include basic retouching.
Digital delivery: Receive the high-resolution JPGs included in your package through an online gallery for easy downloading.

Individual employee headshot: $250 for two finished images of one person.
Group portrait: $250 for two finished images of one group, with up to 50 people.
Individual headshots and group portraits can be scheduled during the same visit. We’ll confirm the total time needed based on the number of people and photographs requested. Lighting and backdrop fees are quoted separately.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Here’s how we handle reschedules and cancellations: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session for any reason, as long as you let us know at least 1 week in advance. Unless we’ve already incurred expenses such as booked accommodations or rented gear, there is no fee for rescheduling. Cancellation: More than 2 weeks in advance: A full refund (minus any bank fees). Within 1–2 weeks of the session: A 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the session: Non-refundable. Common reasons include bad weather, illness, or unexpected events. We’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
