These sessions are all about showing the heart of your business in a natural, genuine way. Melissa captures a blend of candid moments and simple posed shots, often using soft natural light to keep everything approachable and authentic.

Live Event / Roaming Photographer

Want to remember your event just as it happened? Melissa will move through your gathering with a natural, unobtrusive approach—capturing real moments, happy interactions, and the energy of the day. Guests can stay relaxed and in the moment while we document the experience.

  • $300: 1-hour. Includes 50 photos.

  • $500: Up to 2 hours. Includes 100 photos. MOST POPULAR!

Portraits/Headshots

Headshots are a simple way to put your best face forward—perfect for business profiles, social media, acting, modeling, high school seniors, or even as a thoughtful gift.

Sessions can take place at a location of your choice, making it convenient and comfortable for you. Melissa specializes in using natural light to create flattering, authentic images that feel relaxed, approachable, and true to you.

Employee Headshots

We bring the studio to you — making it simple to create consistent, professional portraits for your team. Sessions can be done all at once or scheduled individually as needed. Melissa will work with you to set the right style and tone so your new photos match your company’s look and feel.

We will create a custom package to fit your needs.

  • Per Employee: $225. Includes 1 (ONE) final photo.

Want to make your session even more personalized? We offer a variety of extras that can be added to enhance your experience. These add-ons are completely optional and can be tailored to fit your session.

  • A photographer’s assistant for extra support on set

  • Professional lighting equipment and backdrops

  • A computer for instant photo reviews and approvals

  • Additional edited images or custom print options

  • Crew members for larger productions

  • Travel and lodging for on-location shoots outside the Portland area

Booking

Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Here’s how we handle reschedules and cancellations:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session for any reason, as long as you let us know at least 1 week in advance. Unless we’ve already incurred expenses such as booked accommodations or rented gear, there is no fee for rescheduling.

  • Cancellation:

    • More than 2 weeks in advance: A full refund (minus any bank fees).

    • Within 1–2 weeks of the session: A 50% refund.

    • Within 24 hours of the session: Non-refundable.

 

Common reasons include bad weather, illness, or unexpected events. We’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
